I NEED HELP!!!

Hey!


I need all the help i can get! This guy i've been "friends" with, quotations cause i dont really like him and he wont leave me anlone, asked me out. I'm not the kind of persone that can just go up to a guy and say no. I feel terrible for days or weeks after that cause i hurt someones feeling!! What do i do!!!!



p.s im friends with two of his ex-girlfriends one of which asked him out like four days ago and got rejected by him!
